We will never sell your data to anybody, nor will we share it with another organisation for their own benefit and use. We may share it with another organisation within the Christadelphian community, or an external service provider, when they are acting on our behalf as a data processor in line with the uses outlined in this policy. Examples of this include MailChimp (for sending emails – you can unsubscribe at any time).
Registration to receive course content by email
We send course material by email only when it is specifically requested via the registration pages on the website.
We send occasional emails containing news about courses or events and relevant information and this may be performed via an email platform such as MailChimp.
You will only receive these emails if you have explicitly consented to receive them. You are free to unsubscribe at any time; details of how to do so are included in each email, or you can email admin [AT] openbiblelearning.com with your request.
Attendance at a public event
If you attend one of our public courses or events, you may be invited to provide us with your name and contact details.
These details will only be stored with your consent in order to advise you of future events or relevant information we believe may be of interest to you.
Your details will be stored in an encrypted environment. This may include cloud services but the use of end to end encryption will ensure that your data is not accessible by the cloud provider.
Your details will be kept for as long as you maintain an active interest in our activities. If we haven’t heard from you for a period of two years, we may contact you to see if you wish for us to continue holding your data. If we haven’t heard back from you within thirty days, your personal data will be deleted.
